I am thrilled to share with you a significant milestone in my photography journey – the publication of my VANITAS photo session in the esteemed Scorpiojin magazine. This project has been a labor of love, and I am beyond grateful for the incredible team that made it all possible.

Before diving into the details, let me shed some light on the concept behind VANITAS. Originating from the Latin word for “vanity,” VANITAS is a genre of still life art that flourished in the 16th and 17th centuries. It is characterized by symbolic elements that remind us of the transience of life and the inevitability of death. Through this photo session, we aimed to capture the essence of VANITAS, exploring the beauty in impermanence.

This project wouldn’t have come to life without the outstanding collaboration of a talented team. I had the privilege of working with Luca, my lighting director, whose mastery of light brought depth and emotion to each frame. Tanya, our stylist, curated the perfect blend of fashion and symbolism, adding layers to the narrative. Olga, our makeup artist, skillfully enhanced the natural beauty of our model, making each photograph a true work of art. Thank you Luca, Tanya, and Olga for your dedication, creativity, and passion. Your expertise elevated the entire experience, and I am truly fortunate to have had such a remarkable team by my side.

One of the most rewarding aspects of this project is the opportunity to provide our model with increased visibility in the industry. I believe that the unique blend of artistry and symbolism captured in VANITAS will undoubtedly open doors and create new opportunities for our you!

As I reflect on the journey of creating VANITAS, I am reminded of the power of collaboration and the magic that happens when a dedicated team comes together. Thank you to Scorpiojin magazine for featuring our work, and to all of you who continue to support and inspire me on this creative adventure.

Stay tuned for more behind-the-scenes insights and upcoming projects. Here’s to celebrating the beauty in impermanence and the artistry that binds us all together.

Gratefully,

Tatiana
